Accessing your transaction history on jinslot
Transaction history lives in your account dashboard. Log into jinslot on mobile or desktop, tap or click your profile icon, and select "Transaction History" from the menu. The page loads instantly—we cache recent entries locally on your phone so the list appears even if your connection briefly drops. Once your internet returns, the app syncs any new transactions from our servers and appends them to the display.
The transaction list shows entries in reverse chronological order (newest first). Each row displays the date, time, transaction type (deposit, withdrawal, bet, payout), amount, payment method (if applicable), and status (pending, confirmed, or failed). Tap any entry to expand and see additional details: confirmation number, receiving account (last four digits only, for privacy), and settlement notes. If a withdrawal is held for verification, the status field explains why and when it should clear.
Filtering and date range selection
If you have months of activity, scrolling through every entry is tedious. We offer two filtering tools. First, use the "Type" filter to show only deposits, withdrawals, sportsbook bets, or live-table plays. If you want to see only your Liga 1 bets from the past month, select "Sportsbook" and adjust the date range. Second, the date-range picker lets you jump to a specific period—useful if you remember placing a bet around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha and want to locate it quickly.
The app also supports keyword search: type a payment method name (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), a league name (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), or a game title (Blackjack, Roulette, Sweet Bonanza) and the history filters to matching entries. This is faster than scrolling, especially for users in Jakarta, Bandung, and Medan who maintain active accounts over weeks or months.
Understanding transaction types and statuses
Each transaction falls into one of several categories. Deposits are inbound—you initiated a transfer from your e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank account into jinslot. Withdrawals are outbound—funds move from your jinslot balance back to your source payment method. Bets are outgoing balance deductions (you placed a Liga 1 wager or live blackjack bet). Payouts are incoming balance credits (a bet won, or a blackjack hand paid out). Interest or promotional credits appear as "Bonus" or "Adjustment" entries.
Status indicators tell you where each transaction stands. "Pending" means we've received the request but haven't confirmed it with your bank or payment provider yet—this is temporary and typically resolves within minutes to hours. "Confirmed" means the transaction completed successfully; the balance change is final. "Failed" means the transaction did not go through—common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect account details, or your bank blocking the transfer. If a withdrawal fails, the funds return to your jinslot balance immediately, and we display the failure reason in the details panel.
Pending withdrawals during holidays may take longer
Bank processing windows extend during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek. If you withdraw during these periods, expect confirmation to take one business day longer than usual. Your jinslot balance is deducted immediately, but the actual bank transfer happens once banks reopen.
Payment method and account reconciliation
Your transaction history is the single source of truth for account reconciliation. If your jinslot balance seems incorrect, pull up your history and sum the deposits minus withdrawals plus payouts. That total should match your current balance. If there's a discrepancy, you've found a real error—contact our support team immediately with the transaction details (date, amount, and confirmation number), and we'll investigate.
Payment methods appear by name in your history, but we mask sensitive details. If you deposited via local payment online payment, the history shows "e-wallet mobile banking" without displaying your full account number. This protects your financial privacy while keeping the record comprehensive. When you withdraw, we return funds to the same payment method you originally used—your local payment wallet receives online payment deposits, your e-wallet receives mobile banking deposits. This matching prevents you from accidentally funding a gaming account with one method and trying to withdraw to a completely different account (which would fail verification).
Dispute resolution and support escalation
If you notice a transaction you did not authorize, or a game outcome you believe is incorrect, open a dispute directly from the transaction detail view. Tap "Report Issue," describe the problem, and attach any relevant screenshots. Our support team receives your report instantly. We pull the server-side records for that transaction (which are immutable and cryptographically signed) and compare them to what you see on your screen. If the records match, we explain the outcome. If the records differ from your screen, we investigate further—this usually indicates a display glitch on your end, which we help troubleshoot.
For game disputes (you claim a blackjack hand settled incorrectly, or a slot spin result was wrong), we review the dealer video and server log. Our live tables are recorded continuously, so we can replay the exact sequence of events and confirm whether the dealer followed correct rules. We treat these disputes seriously because game integrity is fundamental to player trust. If we find an error on our end, we credit your account immediately. If the record confirms our system was correct, we provide a detailed explanation so you understand what happened.
Using transaction history to review your activity patterns
Beyond resolving disputes, transaction history helps you understand your own behaviour. Review your deposits and payouts over the past month—are you topping up more frequently than before? Withdrawing less? This awareness helps you make conscious choices about your activity level. Similarly, looking at your bet history shows you which games or markets you gravitate toward: are you mostly placing Liga 1 and Piala AFF bets, or do you prefer live blackjack sessions?
Some users filter their history by game type and calculate rough win-loss statistics over time. While individual sessions are unpredictable (due to randomness in card shuffles and slot spins), long-term patterns can reveal whether certain games align with your expectations. If you expected a live-table game to return at a certain theoretical rate, but your actual results over many sessions diverge significantly, that's worth investigating—it may indicate you need to adjust your bet sizes, or it may simply reflect natural variance over a small sample.

Data retention and export options
We retain complete transaction history for the lifetime of your account. There's no archive cutoff or deletion—your first deposit ten years ago (if you've been with us that long) remains viewable and auditable. This permanence is crucial for tax purposes: if you need to report gaming activity to tax authorities in your jurisdiction, you can export your full history as a CSV or PDF file directly from the app.
The export function respects your privacy. You control which date range gets exported—you can pull just January, or the entire year. The file includes all transactions for that period but omits sensitive data like your full payment account numbers. You can then share the export with an accountant or tax advisor without exposing banking details. This makes year-end reconciliation straightforward, and it demonstrates due diligence if you ever need to justify your account activity to authorities.
